Grey structure is the bare building up to plaster — foundation, RCC frame, blockwork, plaster and conduiting. Turnkey is a complete, move-in-ready home: grey structure plus tiling, paint, woodwork, kitchen, fixtures and finishing, all under one contract and one price.
A standard 10 marla house takes roughly 8–12 months from grey structure to finished handover, depending on design, weather and finish level. We fix milestone dates in the contract rather than giving a vague estimate.
Yes. Our in-house architects prepare 2D plans, 3D elevations and structural/MEP drawings, and we prepare the drawing sets needed for CDA, RDA, DHA, Bahria and cantonment approvals.
Payments are tied to visible construction milestones — not dates. You pay for progress you can inspect, which protects you and keeps the schedule honest.
Yes — this is a large part of our work. We manage the entire project on the ground and send weekly photo and video updates, with milestone-based payments so you stay in control from anywhere.
Yes, and they're priced separately from your covered-area rate. A basement runs about Rs 3,200–4,500 per sq ft (excavation, retaining walls, waterproofing) and a pool about Rs 4,500–7,000 per sq ft of pool. Both are add-ons in our cost calculator.
Grade-60 tested steel from reputable mills, quality cement, and concrete mixed to the specified ratio with proper curing. Material specs are written into your BOQ so there's no ambiguity about what you're paying for.
